Users agree to these terms by connecting a wallet, binding a referrer, participating in machine leasing, crowdfunding, agency application, wallet payment, withdrawal, repurchase, delivery, or any other platform service.
Users must have the legal capacity to use the platform and must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
The platform uses the connected wallet address as the user identity. Users are responsible for maintaining control of their wallet, private keys, signatures, and related credentials.
The platform requires users to bind a referrer before using major platform services. Once bound, the referral relationship is permanent and applies to all platform services.
Users may lease computing machines according to platform rules. Machine information, deployment time, income estimation, lease period, and settlement rules are displayed on the platform and may be updated based on actual operation.
Users may participate in designated crowdfunding machines. Crowdfunding participation is subject to minimum amount, progress, success or failure rules, and income allocation rules.
Income is calculated based on machine operation, task records, platform rules, hosting fees, and settlement cycles. Displayed income may include estimated, pending, or settled data.
The platform may charge a hosting fee for machine deployment, operation, maintenance, scheduling, and related services. Fee rates are displayed on the platform and may be adjusted according to platform rules.
Users may receive referral, agency, level, or dividend rewards if they satisfy eligibility rules. The platform reserves the right to calculate, review, adjust, or reject invalid rewards caused by abnormal activities, duplicate accounts, malicious behavior, or rule violations.
Wallet payments and withdrawals are based on the connected wallet address. Users must confirm the correct network and asset. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet operations, unsupported assets, or wrong networks.
Eligible users may submit repurchase applications after meeting platform conditions. Repurchase is subject to platform review, machine status, settlement results, and applicable rules.
Eligible full-lease users may apply for machine delivery. Users must provide accurate delivery information. The platform is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate information or external logistics issues.
Users must not use false or unauthorized wallet addresses, abuse referral or agency mechanisms, manipulate platform data, attempt unauthorized access, use the platform for illegal activities, interfere with platform operation, submit false delivery or identity information, or exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities.
The platform may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue certain features due to technical, operational, compliance, or business reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, digital asset losses, wallet compromise, blockchain network failures, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
The platform does not guarantee fixed income, uninterrupted service, continuous machine operation, successful repurchase, or successful delivery.
User data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Wallet addresses, transaction records, referral relationships, and service records may be used for platform operation and compliance purposes.
The platform may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
